ZYGER FIT is an exciting, energetic and vibrant radio show at the heart of Radio Cardiff, every Saturday at 1pm, hosted by Zoila Garman who is a DJ actor singer originally from the Caribbean so she combines Spanish and English languages with a touch of motivational speeches and a selection of “UpBeat” Afro, Latin, Europe vibes to make this experience unique. The mission of ZYGER FIT is to bring coaching and mentoring accessible to everyone listening to provide the energy that we all need to start THE WEEKEND’s VIBE and hopefully this will continue across the whole week.
